Now Hiring: Materials / Toolroom Associate
 Location: Opa-locka, FL
 Company: Xtreme Aviation
 Job Type: Full-Time
 Reports To: Director of Materials

Job Summary

Xtreme Aviation is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Materials / Toolroom Associate to support daily operations within our maintenance facility. This role is responsible for managing inventory, issuing and tracking tools, and ensuring materials are properly stored and readily available to support aircraft maintenance activities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Issue, receive, and track tools and equipment to maintenance personnel
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of tools, parts, and materials
  • Perform routine inspections and audits of toolroom inventory
  • Ensure all tools are properly calibrated, labeled, and stored
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate reordering of materials as needed
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant toolroom environment
  • Support maintenance team with material requests in a timely manner
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, or toolroom operations preferred
  • Aviation experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Basic computer skills (inventory systems, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with aviation parts and tooling
  • Knowledge of inventory control systems
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
