Shipping & Receiving Associate
Xtreme Aviation
Location: Opa Locka, FL 

Job Summary

Xtreme Aviation is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily logistics operations. This role is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing aircraft parts and materials, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Responsibilities
  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Pack, label, and weigh packages accurately
  • Ship using FedEx, UPS, and DHL systems
  • Prepare shipping documents (BOL, commercial invoices, packing slips)
  • Inspect incoming parts and verify documentation
  • Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records
  • Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures
  • Communicate shipment status with internal teams and customers
  • Handle returns and report discrepancies
  • Support hazmat shipping requirements (training provided)
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of shipping/receiving experience (aviation preferred)
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • English required; Spanish a plus
  • Forklift experience preferred
Physical Requirements
  • Lift up to 50 lbs
  • Bend, squat, and stand for extended periods
  • Work in a warehouse/hangar environment (moderate to high noise)
