Job Title: Tool & Die Maker
Location: Holly
Pay: $20-23/hr
Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm

We’re seeking a skilled trades professional with strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on tooling experience to support manufacturing operations. Duties:
  • Review required applications and specifications to determine tooling needs.
  • Design and develop the most workable tool or die configuration based on application requirements.
  • Acquire appropriate materials and process them as needed to fabricate tools and dies.
  • Build, modify, and repair tools and dies to meet production and quality requirements.
  • Perform test runs on completed dies to ensure proper functionality.
  • Make adjustments or corrections as needed to ensure tooling meets specifications.
  • Follow all ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 policies and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Journeyman-level education or equivalent related training.
  • 5–10 years of experience in the tool and die trade.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret designs, specifications, and tooling requirements.
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
