location for a Tool Repair Coordinator M-F 6:30 am-3:30 pm. In this position, you will work with our tool repair
technicians, manufacturers, and customers to ensure tools are repaired correctly.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between our customers, tool repair technicians, and manufacturers
  • Answer customer calls regarding tool repairs
  • Coordinate the process of returns for various tools and manufacturers
  • Receive in tools brought in for repair
  • Packages and sends tools to the manufacturers for repairs
  • Contact customers with cost estimates to get approval for repair
  • Purchases the parts needed both for repairs and stock
  • Provide back up to the tool counter sales staff as needed
  • Perform additional duties as needed

Requirements:

  • General knowledge of tool products
  • Strong computer skills
  • Must have good communication skills


Must pass background check and drug screen.
