Qualifications
⁃ University Bachelor's Degree or above in business related disciplines
⁃ A minimum of 2 years' proven retail sales planning experience in large multinational corporations or matrix organization
⁃ Strong business acumen with cost⁃conscious, result⁃driven and customer⁃oriented mindset
⁃ Attention to details, work under pressure and manage tight schedule
⁃ Well⁃organized with ability to prioritize, able to multi⁃tasking
⁃ Good command in computer skills including Excel, Word
Pay Range:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,800.00 to $91,200.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
