Description
The Vice President, 360 Marketing, Too Faced is responsible for leading the end-to-end global 360 marketing strategy while driving integrated regional execution that accelerates brand growth, strengthens consumer engagement, and delivers commercial performance across markets. This executive oversees the integration of brand strategy, product marketing, innovation, creative, social, influencer, PR, retail, e-commerce, education, CRM, and paid media to create seamless consumer experiences across every touchpoint.
Serving as the strategic connector between global brand vision and regional execution, the VP translates business priorities into breakthrough campaigns, product launches, and always-on marketing programs that build brand equity, increase consumer demand, and deliver measurable business results. This leader ensures every initiative is insight-led, culturally relevant, commercially impactful, and consumer-centric while maintaining a consistent global brand expression with local market relevance.
360 Integrated Marketing Leadership
  • Lead end-to-end global 360° marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with brand vision, consumer insights, and business objectives across all markets.
  • Drive cohesive brand storytelling across product marketing, creative, digital, social, influencer, PR, retail, e-commerce, education, CRM, and paid media.
  • Develop integrated marketing plans that build awareness, drive engagement and conversion, strengthen loyalty, and elevate brand equity.
  • Partner with regional and commercial teams to ensure global strategies are effectively adapted for local markets while maintaining brand consistency.
Product Marketing & Innovation
  • Lead product portfolio strategy, category priorities, product positioning, and long-term innovation planning.
  • Identify growth opportunities through consumer insights, competitive intelligence, social listening, and emerging beauty trends.
  • Partner with Product Development to shape product concepts, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that support long-term brand growth.
Launch Strategy & Regional Execution
  • Oversee end-to-end launch planning and execution across all consumer touchpoints and global markets.
  • Lead integrated campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels that are mobile-first, social-first, culturally relevant, and optimized across the consumer journey.
  • Align launches with retailer priorities, promotional calendars, cultural moments, and regional business needs to maximize impact and performance.
Consumer Engagement & Performance
  • Champion a creator-led, consumer-first marketing approach across social media, influencer partnerships, CRM, community engagement, retail media, and emerging digital platforms.
  • Leverage consumer insights, analytics, and performance data to optimize campaign effectiveness, media investment, and marketing ROI.
  • Define KPIs, measure business impact, and provide actionable recommendations to continuously improve marketing performance.
Leadership
  • Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Digital, Social, PR, Education, Retail, E-commerce, Commercial, Finance, Insights, Product Development, and Supply Chain to drive integrated planning and execution excellence.
  • Build and lead a high-performing global marketing organization by developing talent, fostering collaboration, encouraging innovation, and cultivating a consumer-first, results-driven culture.

Qualifications
  • 12-15+ years of experience in global and/or regional marketing (beauty, fashion, or CPG preferred)
  • Proven experience leading integrated 360° marketing strategies and product launches
  • Strong understanding of North America market dynamics and global brand management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities

Pay Range:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $285,550.00 to $486,100.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
