Toll Supervisors are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of toll collection facilities, such as highway toll booths or bridges. They manage toll collectors, handle customer service issues, ensure accurate cash handling, and make sure that all policies and safety procedures are followed. Toll Supervisors also prepare reports, resolve equipment issues, and may assist in hiring and training staff. Their role is essential to ensure efficient and secure toll operations while providing good service to the public.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a toll supervisor?
