Job Description

The Manager, North America (NA) Token & Chip Business Analytics, will support the team responsible for network tokens and EMV chip/contactless in North America. This role will help the team make informed business decisions by conducting research, collecting and analyzing data, developing reporting, and synthesizing insights related to tokenization, chip, and contactless payments.

The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, highly analytical, and comfortable working with data to identify trends, issues, opportunities, and business implications. This individual will partner with product, account executives, client success mangers, and cross-functional teams to support strategy development, monitor performance, and prepare materials that inform internal decision-making and client engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze internal and external data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges affecting token adoption, payment performance, and client enablement.

  • Build recurring reports, dashboards, and presentations to support product planning, business reviews, and leadership updates.

  • Support the team in tracking key metrics, strategic initiatives, roadmap priorities, and market developments.

  • Synthesize findings into clear insights and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Assist with development of materials for client meetings, internal presentations, and executive updates.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and ensure analyses reflect business priorities.

  • Support ad hoc research and analytical projects related to new use cases, client needs, and industry developments.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD

  • Degree in business, economics, finance, data analytics, statistics, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, research, strategy, consulting, analytics, or a related field through full-time work, internships, or academic projects.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into business insights.

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; comfort working with data sets and creating clear, well-structured presentations.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated curiosity about payments, technology, financial services, or digital commerce.

  • Experience with data visualization or analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools.

  • Familiarity with payments, fintech, e-commerce, or digital products through coursework, internships, or prior experience.

  • Experience preparing presentations, dashboards, or research summaries for business audiences.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.

The estimated salary range for this positionis $146,200.00 to $ 233,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
