Job Description:

Rollin Smoke Barbeque is seeking motivated and reliable Front of House Staff with excellent customer service skills to join our team. Each employee must bring a smile to work every day and possess the ability to work flexible hours, take direction well, be self-motivated, clean, handle large workloads, and be a team player. Hours will vary per week, and candidates must be available to work mornings, lunch, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Additional Responsibilities

Cleaning Duties:
Every team member contributes to cleanliness, including:

  • Cleaning bathrooms, parking lots, tables, and floors

  • Sweeping, mopping, and maintaining sanitation

  • Taking out trash

  • Following Health Department protocols

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Good communication skills are essential, as we meet people from all over the world and want to make them feel at home

  • Positive and friendly demeanor

  • Ability to work clean and show complete ownership of your workstation

  • Accountable and reliable

  • Must possess a Southern NV Health Dept Food Handlers Certification (present card at interview): Health Card Information

  • TAM card and ability to serve alcohol (only for 21+ positions)

  • Ability to follow direction and be self-sufficient

  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time

  • You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (e.g., trays of food, sauce buckets).

  • Valid Driver’s License is preferred but not required

  • Reliable transportation is necessary

  • Must have flexible work hours and be available to work mornings, lunch, nights, weekends, and holidays
