Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions using our state-of-the-art online platform, ensuring clients feel safe and secure in a virtual setting.
• Assess clients' mental health needs through structured interviews and clinical assessments to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific goals.
• Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed to respond to changes in their well-being and life circumstances.
• Document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately to maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals within our organization to provide holistic care and support for clients.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and state regulations governing the practice of mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our demographic spans various ages and backgrounds, requiring a flexible and cultural competency in your therapeutic approaches. As a licensed counselor, your insights and expertise will play a critical role in empowering clients to achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
• Active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in your state, such as LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Proven experience in delivering effective individual therapy sessions.
• Strong technical skills and comfort with digital health platforms for delivering remote therapy.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients and maintain professional relationships with colleagues.
• Capable of independent work while also being a collaborative team player.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with a diverse client base and understanding cultural nuances in mental health practices.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, and experience in crisis intervention strategies.
• Previous telehealth counseling experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
