   <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proactively gather the right data from appropriate sources, probe\/consider all of the facts, consider all possible perspectives; conduct root cause analysis, prioritize key factors<\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

     <\/span><\/span>Be part of the  program management office to take end\-to\-end ownership of existing initiatives.<\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

     <\/span><\/span>To conduct project closure activities and to formalize and communicate the acceptance, handover documentation and ongoing activities to accountable teams and complete a post\-implementation review to identify areas of improvement. <\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

o   <\/span><\/span>Top Engineering College with JEE Rank less than 999 or top undergraduate college<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

o   <\/span><\/span>Should be an MBA from one of the top 20 institutes in India or abroad (IIM or equivalent)' with a CGPA of more than 80% equivalent <\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

Who will be the compensation?<\/font><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

The compensation will be as follows:\- <\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

     <\/span><\/span>Year 1 \-  Rs. 21 lakhs of fixed compensation and Rs. 4 lakhs of variable component paid on completion of 2 yrs with the firm<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

     <\/span><\/span>Year 2 \- Rs. 25 lakhs of fixed compensation and Rs. 10 lakhs of variable component paid on completion of 3 yrs with the firm<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n
