The Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of implementation projects, ensuring seamless execution from kickoff to completion. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages project timelines, and ensures alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
The Implementation Manager proactively identifies risks, removes roadblocks, and drives accountability across stakeholders. They play a key role in improving operational processes, standardizing implementation practices, and enhancing overall efficiency. Success in this role is measured by on-time delivery, quality of implementation, stakeholder satisfaction, and the ability to scale processes effectively.

Principal Responsibilities:ย 

The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.ย 
ย  ย Monitor and manage the startup requirements of all new buildings
ย  ย Maintain tracking sheets and oversee multiple customer tracking tools.
ย  ย Provide regular status updates to customers on all start up related requirements.
ย  ย Compile and analyze data for daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual reports.
ย  ย Prepare and manage internal and customer presentations and meetings.
ย  ย Maintain a flexible work schedule to accommodate different time zones.ย 
ย  ย Travel to new and existing sites for training and to Implement policies at new locations; minimum of 50% travel required.
ย  ย Hold a valid passport, with international travel required.
ย  ย Maintain Bank of America and a MyCTW accounts for all travel related needs.
ย  ย Work from an dedicated home office is required when not traveling.
