Dolan Auto Group, named Best Place to Work in Northern Nevada, is looking for a Title Clerk to handle registration, licensing, title processing, and any additional tasks related to the completion of all customers, lender, and Dealer title work needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Check-in titles received from banks, trade-ins, street purchases, etc. Verify accuracy and update our Dealer Management System (Tekion) for title tracking.
  • Prepares DMV transmittals for in-state sold vehicles.
  • Contact other dealerships and Auctions for title follow-up.
  • Responsible for retail and trade titles for both in-state and out-of-state processing.
  • Process duplicate titles and problem title issues.
  • Responsible for weekly schedule preparation and clean-up.
  • Assist with updates of various management spreadsheets and reports daily.
  • Must work well with others by bringing a positive, helpful team spirit.
