Job description

North Miami Beach based Title Company is seeking an experienced Title Processor/Closer for immediate hire. The ideal candidate is someone with a positive attitude, has prior title experience, is reliable and detail oriented. This is a Full-Time position; Schedule is Monday to Friday - 9:00AM - 5:00PM.

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional and polished with excellent customer service skills
  • Be able to Manage files from inception to closing
  • Request title searches, placing survey orders, lien search orders, estoppel, etc
  • Clear title requirements for closing
  • Coordinating closings with Buyer, Seller, Attorney(s), Lender and Realtors, and set up the closing location, date and time and executing mail-away closings, as applicable
  • Draft and/or organize closing documents
  • Preparation of final HUD-1, Closing Statement or Closing Disclosure for both Buyer and Seller sides
  • Performing the closing with all parties and notarization of all documents
  • Obtaining funding authorization from the Lender, if applicable

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work efficiently, handle deadline pressures and work as a member in a team-oriented environment.
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Must have a Positive attitude, be a team player and be self-motivated
  • Must have 1+ years of experience in title processing/closings
  • Must be computer proficient and experience in Qualia, Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Fluent and Clearly spoken/written English
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
