Job Description:

Our client is looking for an associate attorney with 5+ years of experience in defense litigation managing a docket of trucking matters.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Independently manage a docket of insurance defense cases;
  • Take and defend depositions;
  • Attend mediations;
  • Manage client and insured communications;
  • Draft Motions and pleadings;
  • Perform legal research;


Candidates must have the following experience

  • Strong litigation experience and great academic credentialsย 
  • Exceptional writing and advocacy skills
  • Ability to manage a docket of cases from file to trialย 
  • Desire to collaborate with other attorneys and Partners on multitude of legal projects
  • Efficiently manage court appearances and depositions;
  • Serve as point of contact for clients and provide active communicationย 
  • Proficiency with entering billable time and achieving billable targets.ย
