Your responsibilities include gathering as much information as you can about a specific parcel or lot and report to supervisors about your findings. Much of your work takes place in public records offices or online.

What does a title examiner do?

A Title Examiner is responsible for reviewing real estate records and legal documents to verify the legal ownership of property and to check for any claims, liens, or encumbrances that could affect a property transfer.
