Innovative Title Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Coordinator to manage title exam order workflow. In this role, youโ€™ll process incoming orders, verify details, coordinate assignments, maintain records, and communicate proactively with customers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, confirm, and input title exam requests.
  • Verify property details, pricing, and coverage.
  • Obtain quotes for specialized or commercial exams.
  • Assign orders and update workflow systems.
  • Monitor progress and communicate with customers and examiners.
  • Prioritize orders based on urgency and client needs.
