Job Description: CDL Driver Class A
Reports to: Operations Manager Date: 8/13/2025 DATE : 8/13/2025
Essential Functions:
Essential Duties: On time deliveries, pre- and post-trip inspections, responsible transporting of materials and equipment being transported to locations or job sites. Keeping your vehicle clean and ensuring maintenance. Maintain up to date medical card.
EE will drive a company vehicle while on duty in a legal, safe and professional manner
EE will be responsible for loading, securing and unloading equipment
EE will be responsible for complying with all DOT laws
EE will be responsible for verifying loads for accuracy
EE will be responsible for reporting any defects or deficiencies with truck or trailer or load to their direct supervisor
immediately and prior to leaving shop/location.
EE will be responsible for logging all hours on duty, driving and off duty legally
EE will be responsible for your role in the PO policy Process
EE will perform tasks in teams and as solo.
EE will present himself/herself and represent Titan in a professional manner
EE will be responsible for maintaining appropriate work relationships
EE will be responsible for following all company policies and procedures
EE will be responsible for helping in other divisions and other tasks from time to time as needed.
EE will run trash dumpster to landfill when needed.
EE will wash and patch containment when CDL duties are not needed.
EE will deliver equipment and material to pad for full site jobs and stay to help as needed.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Understanding of DOT regulations
Understanding Load Securement
Ability to load and unload equipment such as manlifts, loaders, telehandlers
Ability to drive a Company Vehicle in a legal, safe and professional manner
Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors and customers.
Basic math skills required
Knowledge of FMCSA policies
Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required.
Job Experience 2+ yrs. driving experience, 1+ yrs. load securement experience
Computer Proficiency Ability to utilize timekeeping system, smart phone, and some computer skills
Training: CLASS A CDL, Current Medical Card
Working Conditions:
Physical Requirements
Long periods of driving, standing, crouching, lifting and bending
Capability of lifting 50 lbs. repeatedly
Capability to work in extreme weather conditions such as heat/cold/ wind/rain/snow.
Must pass pre-employment fit test
Travel Requirements
May be required out of town/state
Travel up to 25% of time
