Job Title: Barista

Salary/Shift: $18 + Tips (Days)

Status: Full Time

Located in beautiful Black Hawk, CO, the Monarch Resort Spa seeks a passionate Barista to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that exceeds the expectations of our guests and team.


Responsibilities

  • Greet guests, accurately take and deliver beverage orders in a timely manner, and enter all orders into the POS system.
  • Clear and clean tables in the coffee lounge area and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
  • Handle cash accurately, perform assigned stocking and cleaning duties, and check with the manager when the shift is completed.
  • Communicate effectively with management about guest feedback and any issues that arise.
  • Promote positive guest relations, assist guests as needed, handle products properly to reduce expenses, and use suggestive up-selling to increase revenue.

Qualifications

  • Greet guests, take and deliver beverage orders promptly, and accurately enter orders into the POS system.
