Job description

The Warehouse Associate at TIPCO Technologies is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified)
  • Follow safety procedures and company policies
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

Work Environment

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and stand. The employee is frequently required to talk or hear.
