We are seeking a Plumbing Lead Installer who takes pride in delivering exceptional workmanship and leading by example in the field. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes ownership of their jobs, and can guide others on-site while maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism.

What You Will Do
  • Lead plumbing install jobs in the field, specializing in sewer and drain repair services
  • Perform pipe bursting techniques and open trench plumbing repairs
  • Take ownership of job sites, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to company standards
  • Support and guide apprentices or helpers on-site to ensure high-quality installations
  • Follow all company and OSHA job site safety procedures
  • Review Statements of Work and ensure materials and equipment are ready for each job
  • Maintain and properly use all equipment assigned to the job
  • Complete and upload job documentation and closeout details
  • Ensure customer satisfaction on every job
What You Will Bring
  • Hands-on experience in plumbing installs, preferably with sewer and drain repair
  • Knowledge of pipe bursting and open trench repair methods
  • Ability to operate or willingness to become certified on specialized equipment
