Position:
Our Team is currently hiring for several Full Time Front of House and Back of House Positions with daytime availability. These shifts will run between 2am and 11pm in 6-8.5 hr. increments. Our Front of House positions include areas of the restaurant centered service and meal fulfillment. These areas include, front counter, beverages, Drive Thru Service team, bagging and desserts. Our Back of House positions include areas centered on hot food preparation, machines and dishwashing, as well as raw food prep. All of these positions are vital to the function of our restaurant and require a great amount of team work, communication and dedication to quality.

Additional Benefits:
We offer scholarships yearly that can range from $2500 at the local level and team members also have the opportunity to be recognized nationally for a $25000 True Inspiration scholarship from Chick-fil-A. We offer tuition discounts for Liberty University that allows team members to receive a 15% discount to online courses.
Insurance is offered to all employees during open enrollment yearly and team members are eligible with either full or part time hours.
We offer complimentary break food on each shift worked so team members that are working full time hours or longer shifts are able to get delicious Chick-fil-A.

Scheduling:
Always Closed on Sundays!!!!!!
Our scheduling is all created and communicated digitally which allows team members the freedom to create schedules that work for them. You provide your availability, we make the schedule and you come to work. If you have an event that comes up and you are scheduled to work, release your shift and one of your co-workers may be able to cover it for you. If you want to pick up more hours, send out a message to your co-workers and you can pick up their shifts. Its that simple. Need time off, submit a request a week in advance and you will be good to go.
Our Timberlake Road Location Closes at 9:30pm. That means no more working till midnight then having to get back home and study till two or three in the morning. In high school, your parents know that nearly any night you are scheduled you can be home close to 10pm. We have made this change as another benefit to our team members. We know the late night shifts can be demanding, especially for those still in school. We truly focus on our team members and hope to create an schedule that allows you the freedom you need to balance work and home.

Requirements:
You must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest and have great customer skills.
Candidates must be able to work nights and Saturday shifts!
Must be able to work 40+ hrs. per week
Must be available 6 days per week exc. Sunday
Must be able to stand on feet for 8.5+ hr shifts
Must be able to lift 50lbs.
