Job description

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Tile Installer to assist with bathroom and tile remodeling projects. This position is ideal for someone with general remodeling or construction experience who is eager to learn and develop additional skills in tile installation and bathroom renovations.

Working alongside experienced team members, you'll assist with a variety of remodeling tasks while helping deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with bathroom remodeling projects, including demolition, preparation, and installation.
  • Help prepare floors, walls, showers, and other surfaces for tile installation.
  • Measure, cut, and install tile under the direction of experienced installers as skills develop.
  • Mix and apply thinset, grout, adhesives, and other installation materials.
  • Assist with installing fixtures, trim, backer board, waterproofing systems, and related remodeling tasks.
  • Load, unload, and organize materials and tools.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
  • Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.


Qualifications

  • Experience in residential remodeling, construction, carpentry, flooring, painting, or a related trade preferred.
  • Tile installation experience is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to learn new skills, take direction and on the job problem solving.
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work including kneeling, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Job sites move from location to location across the state.
  • Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality work.
