Job Description

Job Description: We're seeking an inside/ outside hybrid sales representative to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside / inside sales and marketing expert who can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. This position will be pursuing designers, developers, architects, and custom builders in hopes to grow our presence and project business. If you are looking to combine your communication and prospecting skills with your outside sales experience to leverage a more lucrative career in the industry, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
- Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow-up with potential customers and deal opportunities
- Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities
- Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently
- Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures
- Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles
Qualifications:
- Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike
- Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required
- Proven track record in sales
- Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
- At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
