Job Title: Appointment Setter
Location: Houston Metropolitan Area

As an Appointment Setter, you'll be responsible for engaging with shoppers in a retail environment, explaining our services, and booking appointments for our sales team. Your main role is to be the first point of contact - friendly, knowledgeable, and motivated - helping customers take the first step toward a more energy-efficient home.

Key Responsibilities:
Work with retail staff and assist customers as the retail staff would
Provide a brief explanation of our products and services
Identify potential customer needs and schedule appointments for follow-up
Keep accurate records of interactions and appointments
