Appointment setter (Sales Development Rep/SDR)

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our sales team in Dallas. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying prospects and setting high-quality appointments for our experienced sales team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong phone and interpersonal skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping businesses succeed. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in sales with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

  • Spend 100% of time on the phone out-bound calling to set up sales calls for the outside sales team.
  • Identify potential clients in need of office interior services through cold calling.
  • Utilize CRM software to organize, track prospecting activity and call-backs.
  • Work closely with Sales Management to schedule appointments.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for number of qualified appointments set.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work Part-Time (20 hours per week) Monday through Friday.
  • Hours are “in house” during regular business hours. Work at our office
  • Speak English
  • Self-motivated and team player
  • Excellent phone etiquette with professional phone voice
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic PC skills (Microsoft Outlook/E-mail/Excel)
  • Prior lead generation experience in a “business-to-business” environment.
  • Previous experience in outbound telemarketing or appointment setting is required.
  • GO GETTER who enjoys talking to people and being on the phone.
  • Stable work history in telemarketing, appointment setting, inside sales or new business development.
  • Location: North Dallas/LBJ-Tollway - Must have reliable transportation & valid drivers' license.
  • Candidates must pass a drug test, motor vehicle record & criminal background check.
