Job description

Who we are:

Our company is committed to helping our architects, designers, and other clients realize their unique flooring and countertop visions. We bring in natural stone and man-made materials like porcelain and quartz from around the world and sell across the United States and to neighboring islands. With some having worked with our company for 30+ years, our employees are centered on teamwork and work closely together. We are looking for a long-term design-oriented person with prior knowledge of the tile and marble business to join the family.


Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with product selection and providing follow up to facilitate customer experience and influence sales/purchasing decisions.
  • Managing existing client relations and cultivating new ones.
  • Utilizing influence and negotiation skills to sell.
  • Performing takeoffs and preparing bids.
  • Creating visual assets (catalogs, presentations, color boards etc.)
  • Understanding our inventory and inventory system to encourage sales and process orders.
  • Researching product requests and working with our purchasing manager to match the client’s needs.
  • Following through projects from first contact with the customer to final delivery of the product.
  • Conducting client follow-ups via phone calls, letters, and/or emails to support sales.
  • Establishing and maintaining client files and performing timely follow-up on programs and projects.


Job Type:

Full-time, In-Person, 8:30am-5pm Monday through Friday.

Compensation is based on experience level.

English is required; other languages are a plus.


Prior stone and tile sales experience is required.

Work Location: In person
