Job description

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail‐oriented Project Manager with experience in swimming pool renovation or construction to oversee projects from contract to completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with clients and trades, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work on time and on budget.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage multiple residential and/or commercial swimming pool renovation projects
  • Help schedule then coordinate all phases of work
  • Act as the main point of contact for homeowners, clients, subcontractors, and inspectors
  • Create and monitor project schedules, budgets, and scope
  • Coordinate subcontractors (plumbing, electrical, plaster, tile, decking, coping, etc.)
  • Conduct regular job site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress
  • Handle permits, inspections, and local code compliance
  • Identify issues early and implement solutions to keep projects on track
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and updates

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of project management experience in construction or pool renovation
  • Strong understanding of pool systems, renovation processes, and construction sequencing
  • Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Comfortable working on job sites and interacting with customers
  • Proficient with scheduling tools, email, and basic project software
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
