Job description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Window Treatment Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various window treatments such as blinds, shades, drapes, and shutters. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Experience with construction-related tasks and the use of hand tools is essential to ensure precise and safe installations.   Duties * Measure windows accurately to determine appropriate treatment sizes * Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and installation instructions * Install a variety of window treatments including blinds, shades, shutters, and drapes * Use hand tools such as drills, screwdrivers, levels, and caulking guns for secure mounting * Ensure all installations are aligned correctly and function smoothly * Perform repairs or adjustments on existing window treatments as needed * Maintain a clean work environment during and after installations * Collaborate with clients to ensure satisfaction with the installation process * Follow safety protocols at all times during installation procedures * Submit photos, paperwork, and other job closing requirements Experience * Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or related fields preferred * Familiarity with blueprint reading or technical drawings desirable * Knowledge of caulking * Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools used in installation work * Low voltage electrical knowledge would set you apart * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for successful project completion This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in construction, carpentry, or electrical to specialize in window treatment installation while developing their skills further.
