Olympia Tile+Stone Inc. is the largest importer of tile in Canada and a key supplier in the United States.

We are seeking an Customer Service Representative to join the team at our Calgary branch. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for showroom and order desk customers, supporting contractors, distributors, designers, and retail clients. You will process orders accurately, provide product expertise, and work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Greet and assist showroom and order desk customers by providing technical guidance and product expertise
  • Receive and process orders by phone, email, and in person, ensuring pricing, coding, and approvals are accurate
  • Process payments for cash orders
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics staff to schedule deliveries and resolve shipping issues
  • Maintain organized records of orders, quotes, and customer communications
  • Promote new products and maintain showroom displays and samples
  • Collaborate with external sales representatives to support customer accounts


What You Bring

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or customer service (retail, distribution, or building materials experience is an asset)
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary courses in sales, administration, or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail when processing orders and payments
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Experience with ERP/order entry systems is an asset
  • Knowledge of tile, flooring, or building materials is an asset
