New Life Bath & Kitchen is the remodel division of New Life Painting,
a family-owned company on the Central Coast since 1978. We do
high-quality kitchen and bathroom remodels for homeowners who care
about craftsmanship and customer experience. Our values are simple:

The Role
We're looking for a carpenter with 2-3 years of real-world remodel
experience to join our K&B crew. Our carpenters touch every part of a
remodel, from demo through final punch. You'll work alongside a small,
tight team led by foremen who care about doing the job right.
What You'll Do
Install cabinets and built-ins
Run finish carpentry and trim work, baseboards, casing, and crown molding
Handle basic framing for wall changes, soffits, and structural adjustments
Hang and fit doors and windows
Basic electrical experience
Tile installation
Waterproofing
Understand plumbing and perform minor plumbing tasks.
Communicate clearly with the foreman, the customer, and the office
What We're Looking For
2-3+ years hands-on remodel or finish carpentry experience
Familiarity with all of the above - you don't need to be an expert in
everything, but you should be able to hold your own across cabinet
install, trim, framing, doors/windows, tile, and basic plumbing
awareness
Reliable transportation, valid CA driver's license, and your own hand tools
Respectful in customers' homes - we work in occupied houses, and how
you carry yourself matters
