Material Runner / Warehouse Coordinator / Installer Helper

The Material Runner / Warehouse Coordinator / Installer Helper is responsible for picking up and delivering materials, receiving and organizing inventory, keeping the warehouse clean and secure, and supporting installation crews on remodeling projects. This role is ideal for someone with construction, remodeling, warehouse, delivery, or installation experience who wants steady work and the opportunity to grow with a professional remodeling company.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Pick up and deliver materials from Home Depot, Floor & Decor, Sherwin-Williams, Emser Tile, The Tile Shop, cabinet suppliers, countertop vendors, and other suppliers
  • Safely load, unload, secure, and transport remodeling materials, tools, supplies, and equipment
  • Receive deliveries and verify materials against purchase orders, invoices, and project lists
  • Inspect materials for damage, shortages, or incorrect items and report issues immediately
  • Organize, label, and maintain warehouse inventory
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, safe, and secure
  • Track inventory levels and report shortages before they delay projects
  • Coordinate daily material needs with project managers, field supervisors, and installation crews
  • Deliver materials to active jobsites throughout Metro Atlanta
  • Assist installation crews with demolition, material handling, jobsite protection, prep work, cleanup, and general remodeling support
  • Support kitchen, bathroom, flooring, tile, cabinetry, and other remodeling projects as needed
  • Represent the company professionally when interacting with suppliers, installers, clients, and team members

Requirements include:

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Reliable truck capable of transporting remodeling materials
  • Ability to lift, carry, load, and unload up to 75 lbs
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dependability
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse, supplier locations, and active construction jobsites
  • Willing to assist installers in the field as needed
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
  • Experience in construction, remodeling, installation, warehouse operations, delivery, material handling, or jobsite support preferred

Compensation:

  • $15–$20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Vehicle allowance
  • Gas reimbursement
  • Full-time hours

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday full-time schedule
  • Saturdays as needed based on project demands
