Role Description The Job Title role at Emser Tile is a full-time, position based in Orlando/Tampa, FL. The individual in this role will support daily operations related to tile and stone products, including coordinating with sales and service teams, assisting customers with product information, and ensuring accurate order processing and follow-up. Responsibilities may include maintaining product displays, updating inventory and documentation, supporting project bids or quotes, and collaborating with internal departments to meet customer and project timelines. The role also involves responding to inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and contributing to a safe, organized, and efficient workplace. The successful candidate will help uphold Emser’s standards of quality service and product expertise while supporting local business growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, inside sales, or showroom support, preferably within building materials, tile, stone, or related industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Basic proficiency with office software (such as email, spreadsheets, and order-entry systems) and the ability to learn company-specific tools.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail to manage orders, documentation, and product information accurately.
  • Ability to work on-site in Tampa, FL, including standing or moving through showroom and warehouse areas as required.
