Job Summary

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Kitchen and Bath Designer to join our team in Vienna, VA. If you love working closely with clients, turning their ideas into stunning, functional spaces — and you enjoy guiding them through the design process from concept to completion — this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Meet with clients in our showroom and in their homes to understand their style, needs, and budget

  • Create beautiful and functional kitchen and bath layouts using 2020 Design software

  • Help clients choose cabinetry, countertops, flooring, fixtures, and finishes that reflect their vision

  • Present design proposals, make revisions, and walk clients through pricing and options

  • Work closely with our project managers and installers to ensure smooth execution

  • Deliver an exceptional client experience from the first consult to final walkthrough

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, product lines, and design innovations

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in kitchen and bath design (required)

  • Proficiency in 2020 Design software (required)

  • Strong understanding of cabinetry lines, materials, and remodeling workflows

  • Excellent communication and sales skills — someone who can educate and inspire

  • Detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about good design

  • NKBA certification is a plus, but not required
