Includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following:

  • Trash collection and disposal, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and kitchens, glass and window cleaning, securing facilities with locks, alarms and key pads.
  • Thoroughly dust all horizontal surfaces, including desktops, files, window sills, chairs, tables, pictures and all manner furnishings.
  • Damp wipe all horizontal surfaces to remove stains and spillage.
  • Damp wipe entrance metal and fingerprints on entrance and interior office/conference room glass.
  • Damp wipe telephones.
  • Polish all bright metal work.
  • Dust all vertical surfaces of desks, file cabinets, chairs, tables and other furniture.
  • Sweep along edges, vacuum underneath furniture and in corners.
  • Remove fingerprints and marks around light switches and door frames.
  • Job description includes all above, but is not limited to just these items. Must be available to do what is needed to satisfy any and all complaints and/or requests.

Requirements

(1) Must be able to lift and carry equipment, items, and materials up to 30 lbs.

(2) Must be able to lift overhead equipment, items, and materials up to 15 lbs.

(3) Must be able to reach overhead up to 6 feet, while standing flatly, and also reach down to the floor.

(4) Must be able to perform general commercial cleaning duties, including but not limited to: Trash collection and disposal, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and kitchens, glass and window cleaning, securing facilities with locks, alarms and keypads.
