Position – Sr. Help Desk Technician (Tier 3)
Location – Department of Navy / Arlington, VA
Pay Rate – $85,000 - $95,000
Contract – 5 YEARS **Must have at least a Secret Clearance Mindbank Consulting Group has an immediate need for a Sr. Help Desk Technician (Tier 3). Sr. Help Desk Technician (Tier 3) Responsibilities: • Performs in-depth analysis, diagnosis and resolution of desktop and workstations.
• Serves as the point of contact for escalated Tier Two troubleshooting of PC h/w and s/w, printer problems and network applications. • Experience in troubleshooting mobile devices.
• Able to support and backfill Video Teleconference (VTC) and Wireless technician with experience working in both areas. • Navy Trusted Agent for issuing SIPR Tokens. Sr. Help Desk Technician (Tier 3) Qualifications: • Must have a Security+ Certification.
• 7 years of experience in Information Technology, with 4 years specialized experience in PC and wireless technologies including expert knowledge of PC operating systems, networking and mail standards and experience working with a team in a help desk environment. • Experience as a Navy Trusted Agent for issuing SIPR Tokens.
• Need some leadership experience to assist with the helpdesk on tasks, projects and client’s initiatives.
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate orally and in writing and must have a positive customer service attitude.
