Job Description
- - Manage and support production technology activities for Press, Body, Painting, and Decoration processes
- - Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency
- - Lead mold development projects for new vehicle production programs, including planning, scheduling, vendor coordination, and implementation
- - Establish project strategies and timelines to ensure successful launch of new vehicle models
- - Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams throughout new model development and mass production phases
- - Conduct facility verification, equipment evaluation, and technical diagnostics to improve production line performance and plant utilization
- - Analyze manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions to enhance equipment reliability and process stability
- - Support continuous improvement initiatives related to production efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement
- - Participate in new equipment installation, commissioning, and process validation activities
- - Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and engineering analysis for management review
- - Perform additional body engineering and vehicle development-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- - Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- (Associate degree may be considered depending on relevant experience)
- - Eligible for US visa issuance (J1 / E2) without disqualifying factors
- (criminal record, DUI, immigration issues, etc.)
- - Must be able to submit a criminal background check upon final employment confirmation
- (required for US Embassy processing)
- - No restrictions on overseas travel
- - Male applicants must have completed military service or be exempt
- - Business-level communication skills in English preferred
- (primarily office communication and customer coordination)
- - No official English test score required
- (simple English interview/test will be conducted)
- - Experience in automotive manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or sales operations preferred
- - Experience supporting OEM or Tier 1/Tier 2 automotive customers is a plus
- - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) preferred
- - Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and respond flexibly to schedule changes
