Position Summary
This Ticket Seller position will be part of a busy and dynamic working environment in the Moody Center. Responsible for ticket sales with a specialization in Ticketmaster Host & TM1 Sales and providing excellent customer service for our world-class events. Providing will-call service as needed. This role is supported by and works closely with the entire ticketing team. The position requires the ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
This role pays an hourly rate of $15.00
Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching.
This position will remain open until December 4, 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately processes payments for tickets while following all proper Ticket Office selling and payment procedures
  • Assist guests with ticketing issues
  • Answer phone with prompt and courteous attitude as needed
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills, responding professionally, promptly, and efficiently to customer service requests and needs
  • Facilitate night of show Will Call
  • Sells tickets in Ticketmaster Host and TM1 computer programs
  • Process opening and closing sales reports
  • Answers questions concerning events, tickets, schedules, and gives information concerning coming attractions
  • Remain current with new software/product releases
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by ticketing management team
  • Frequent bending, lifting, sitting, exposure to multiple external elements, extensive walking through the building including inclines and stairs

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Previous ticketing, point of sale, or customer service experience is preferred
  • Must have basic computer skills and a working knowledge of Windows-based PC programs
  • Experience with large-scale events in an arena, stadium, or concert setting of a similar size (15,000 seats) is highly desirable
  • Previous knowledge of Ticketmaster Host and TM1 ticketing systems is preferred
  • Ability to work well both within a team environment and independently with good decision-making capability
  • Must be customer-service oriented, have a fan-friendly attitude, and a professional demeanor at all times
  • Strong communication skills
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented, resourceful, quick learner and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • A high degree of personal integrity
