Your Role: As a Ticket Seller, you'll work directly under the Ticket Office Manager, ensuring every guest has a smooth, hassle-free experience when purchasing tickets. Whether you're handling in-person sales or answering inquiries over the phone, your mission is simple: deliver world-class customer service. This position is perfect for anyone who loves to engage with the public, balance a cash drawer, and work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master the ticketing system to sell tickets for a wide range of exciting events.
  • Provide event details and answers over the phone to help guests plan their perfect outing.
  • Ensure your cash drawer is perfectly balanced by the end of each shift.
