What are some common challenges faced in a Ticket Closing role, and how can they be effectively managed?

One of the main challenges in a Ticket Closing role is ensuring that each ticket is resolved thoroughly and documented accurately, often under tight deadlines. Balancing multiple tickets while maintaining high-quality service can be demanding, especially when dealing with complex or recurring issues. Effective time management, strong communication with team members, and a keen attention to detail are essential for success. Collaborating closely with support agents and technical teams can also help streamline the closing process and reduce the likelihood of tickets being reopened.

What is ticket closing?

Ticket closing refers to the final step in a ticketing or customer support process, where a support request or issue (ticket) is marked as resolved and officially closed in the system. This generally happens after the customer's issue has been addressed and no further action is required. Proper ticket closing ensures accurate tracking, reporting, and helps maintain customer satisfaction by confirming that their concerns have been resolved. It also allows support teams to manage their workload effectively and analyze support trends for future improvements.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Ticket Closer, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Ticket Closer, you need strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of support processes, usually backed by experience in customer service or IT support. Familiarity with ticketing systems like Zendesk, ServiceNow, or Jira, and sometimes ITIL certification, is typically required. Excellent communication, time management, and a customer-focused attitude help you stand out in this role. These skills ensure tickets are resolved efficiently, customer satisfaction is maintained, and support operations run smoothly.

Remote High-Ticket Sales Roles -- Setters & Closers Wanted

Scale Sales Teams

Denver, CO • Remote

$2K - $3K/wk

Full-time

Posted 27 days ago

Job description

My name is Kyle Rodgers. I’ve been in the high-ticket sales world for years, from closing at a high level alongside Les Brown to sharing the stage with Russell Brunson.

Now I help coaches, experts, and agencies grow by building powerful sales teams, improving their lead flow, and integrating AI systems without removing the human connection that actually makes people buy.

We’re expanding and looking for a small number of serious remote sales professionals who want to plug into a proven system.

The Role

We are looking for people who can execute, communicate clearly, and take ownership of their numbers.

Depending on your skill set, you may be helping with appointment setting, sales conversations, or full closing responsibilities.

This may include:

Speaking with warm or pre-qualified prospects

Taking Zoom or phone-based sales calls

Asking strong diagnostic questions

Understanding the prospect’s goals, pain points, and current situation

Presenting the right offer clearly and confidently

Handling objections without pressure or weird sales tactics

Keeping CRM notes clean, simple, and useful

Following team processes and performance standards

Why This Opportunity Is Different

This is not a “figure it out yourself” sales role.

You’ll be stepping into a business with established systems, frameworks, scripts, and lead flow already in place.

You are not expected to randomly chase cold leads all day. The focus is on warm conversations, structured follow-up, and high-quality sales execution.

We combine AI-assisted lead generation with real human sales skill, which creates a strong advantage for the right person.

Who We’re Looking For

This could be a strong fit if you:

Have experience in remote sales, appointment setting, or high-ticket closing

Know how to build trust quickly in a conversation

Can follow a proven structure without sounding robotic

Are consistent, organized, and coachable

Take personal responsibility for your results

Are comfortable working remotely

Care about performance, not just “having a sales job”

International applicants are welcome.

Compensation

Compensation depends on role, experience, and production.

Typical starting ranges:

Setters: Around $1,000 to $1,500 per week

Closers: Around $2,000 to $3,000 per week, with additional performance upside

There is room for more based on consistency, skill, and results.

What You’ll Get

Remote work

Warm appointment-based opportunities

Clear sales frameworks and scripts

Supportive performance-driven team culture

AI-enhanced systems that help create better conversations

Upside tied to production

Important

This is for people who are serious.

We are not looking for people who want to “try sales” for a few weeks. We want people who want to grow, perform, and be part of a team that is building something real.

If that sounds like you, apply and we’ll send over the next steps.
