Clean Team is actively seeking a versatile, self-motivated Traveling Site Leader to champion quality control across our commercial accounts. If you thrive on professional variety, excel at problem-solving, and want a leadership pathway, this fluid operational role is for you. Rather than being restricted to a single building, you will move between local facilities, keep field teams aligned, and protect our corporate service standards.

Core Responsibilities
  • Field Support: Direct evening sanitization processes across a rotating schedule of regional client facilities.

  • Workforce Development: Onboard incoming staff members and continuously reinforce proper safety and cleaning methodologies.

  • Operational Agility: Seamlessly step in to fulfill open shifts, handle unexpected emergency service requests, and cover team absences.

  • Supply Chain: Monitor localized facility inventory, handle emergency supply drop-offs, and organize equipment distribution.

  • Service Evaluation: Maintain open communication with management regarding building conditions, and execute hands-on tasks-including floor care, dusting, and trash removal-as needed.

Candidate Requirements
  • Background as a team captain, site supervisor, or lead cleaner within commercial janitorial settings is highly valued.

  • Exceptional time management metrics and an ability to pivot tasks in high-energy environments.

  • Active driver's license, verified personal auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle for regional travel.

  • Comfort working autonomously without direct onsite supervision.

  • Physical capability to remain active for eight hours and lift standard maintenance gear.

  • A strong attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional client satisfaction.
Exceptional Benefits

We offer competitive, experience-based wages, a variable weekday evening routine, and mileage compensation. Enjoy fully paid training, corporate uniforms, and visible advancement pathways into management.
