Our dedicated team includes experienced professionals, including two physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA), all focused on providing the best possible outcomes for our clients.

The physical therapist will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, delivering care onsite. Our setting allows for engaging, hands-on therapy sessions within an environment that fosters growth and collaboration. The schedule is structured as Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, ensuring a work-life balance that promotes both productivity and personal wellness.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address each patient's unique needs and goals for rehabilitation.
• Regularly assess patients, conduct mobility assessments, and adapt treatment strategies based on progress.
• Maintain an efficient patient load of two individuals per hour, ensuring optimal treatment while attending to each patient’s specific requirements.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques to enhance patients' range of motion, reduce pain, and promote recovery while encouraging adherence to prescribed therapy.
• Work closely with patients to minimize reliance on medications, advocating for effective non-surgical alternatives whenever feasible.
• Engage in continuous communication with fellow healthcare professionals, sharing insights on patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Document treatment sessions accurately within EMR software such as WebPT, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Educate patients on wellness and prevention strategies that support long-term health and mobility improvement.

Our primary patient demographic includes individuals with private medical insurance requiring orthopedic outpatient care. We are dedicated to serving clients with various orthopedic conditions, focusing on restoring their mobility and function. Our approach emphasizes tailored treatment plans that address both immediate recovery needs and long-term health goals.

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Reno, Nevada, with no record of disciplinary actions.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the design of effective exercise programs.
• Experience in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, for documentation and treatment planning.

A minimum of two years of experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings is preferred. Candidates with a strong background in patient-centered therapy practices and evidence-based intervention strategies will be highly regarded.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
