Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Schedule: Full-Time Days

Make a Difference in the Lives of Children

Kid's Thrive Southern Columbus is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care while supporting the health, safety, and overall well-being of the children and adolescents we serve.

The ideal candidate is passionate about working with youth, works well as part of a multidisciplinary team, and is committed to delivering safe, professional, and family-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care and health services to children and adolescents.
  • Assess and monitor patients' physical and behavioral health needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
  • Monitor and document patient conditions, interventions, and responses to care.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, counselors, families, and other members of the care team.
  • Respond appropriately to medical needs and emergencies.
  • Educate patients, families, and staff regarding health and wellness needs as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
  • Follow infection control, safety, medication management, and clinical policies.
  • Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings.
  • Promote a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for patients.
Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain as required.
  • Pediatric, behavioral health, school-based, or community health experience preferred.
  • Strong assessment, communication, organization, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with children, adolescents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Compassionate, patient-centered, and professional approach.
