Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Infinix, you will work onsite within our hospital facility, which features modern equipment and resources designed to support effective rehabilitation practices. Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans prescribed by licensed Physical Therapists, incorporating therapeutic exercises and interventions aimed at improving patient strength, flexibility, and mobility.
  • Conduct regular patient assessments to monitor progress, noting changes in functionality and mobility, and report findings back to the supervising PT.
  • Educate patients and their families on exercise techniques, proper movement mechanics, and at-home care strategies to enhance recovery and maintain progress.
  • Ensure all treatment sessions are conducted in a safe, clean, and welcoming environment, adhering to health and safety regulations while fostering comfort and trust with patients.
  • Collaborate effectively with a interdisciplinary team, including occupational therapists and sports medicine professionals, to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
  • Document patient care provided and maintain accurate records within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
