Any hours worked over 40 will be compensated at the overtime rate.Pay Range: $20.00-$22.00/hour depending on experience and qualificationsAbout Us: Join our mission-driven team at the Norwescap Thrift Shop, a community-oriented thrift store where all sales revenue supports the Norwescap Food Bank. We offer a fun, boutique-like shopping experience while making a wide variety items available at great prices.Job Summary: We are seeking a Thrift Shop Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, volunteer recruitment, inventory management, customer service, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, retail management experience, and a passion for community service.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, including opening, closing, arranging stock, taking deliveries, and managing customer sales.
