Job description

For 20 years, ShadeWorks, a family-owned and operated business, has provided the greater Nashville area with shade solutions for homes and businesses. We are a small, close group of employees and are looking for installers that have experience with tools, meshes well with our work dynamic, and has experience leading a crew. 

 Primary duties will include:
  • Installing retractable screens
  • Installing Louvered pergolas
  • Installing Interior blinds/screens/shutters
  • General labor (cleaning & organizing)
  • Driving to/from job sites in a company vehicle
  • Climbing ladders
  • Lifting products over 50 lbs. regularly
Recommended Experience::

Requirements:
  • Driver’s License
  • Must be comfortable on a ladder
  • Must be proficient with a selection of hand and power tools
  • Ability to read a tape measure
Starting pay will be determined based upon experience and or performance in the role. After a 1-3 month probationary period, you will be eligible for a raise, along with other benefits, such as PTO.
