Front Desk Coordinator
Full-Time • Frisco, TX • Opening July 25th , 2025

in its next Front Desk Coordinator. If you are the kind of person who takes genuine pride in making every person feel like a VIP from the moment they walk
through the door, we built this role for you.
We are opening a brand-new Frisco Three Corners Plaza location and are looking for the best in the DFW market to be part of the founding team. Training begins soon out of our Plano Lakeside salon.

Established in 2004, Boardroom Salon for Men is the recognized leader in upscale men's grooming. We are not a chain haircut shop - we are a premium
experience. Our members expect consistency, craft, and a level of service that reflects the quality of the company they keep. At our brand-new
Frisco Three Corners location, you will be one of the founding team members shaping the culture and client experience from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You are the first impression and the last memory every client takes with them. Your day looks like this:
• Own the front of house - greet every client by name, manage the flow of the floor, and ensure no one feels like they are waiting
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing with speed and accuracy
• Manage the appointment calendar and keep scheduling running smoothly across all chairs
• Field phone calls and emails professionally - you represent the brand with every interaction
• Resolve any client concerns on the spot with calm confidence and good judgment
• Keep the lobby, retail display, and front desk area immaculate and well-stocked
• Support the service team so they may focus entirely on delivering great cuts
• Execute opening and closing procedures reliably every shift
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The best candidates for this role share a few things in common:
• Genuine warmth and the ability to make anyone feel welcome - this cannot be faked
• Experience in hospitality, customer service, front desk, or client-facing roles (preferred)
• Calm and composed under pressure - busy Saturdays do not rattle you
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with salon or reservation software
• Polished professional appearance and strong verbal communication
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• A genuine desire to grow - we promote from within, and this role has a ceiling only if you put one there
