Job description

Are you a strategic thinker with experience in logistics, and end-to-end supply chain operations? Do you like to work with people to find the best solution to not so common problems? Are you interested in leading a diverse group of people that are "better together"? Threads Uniform Agency might be the place for you! Threads is a client-centric producer of uniforms and has outfitted over one million members of our nation's workforce.
We are seeking a motivated, organized, strategic team lead to join our Operations Team as a Supply Chain Lead. This role will be focused on optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, product development, logistics, inventory management, demand planning, and distribution. This role will work cross-functionally across multiple areas to create the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
  • Maintain supply chain strategies.
  • Work with the Warehouse Team on transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations.
  • Assist with demand and inventory planning to ensure product availability.
  • Maintain inventory control systems.
  • Leverage ERP and supply chain management systems to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Mentor a high performing team.

Requirements:
  • Highschool or GED required
  • At least 10 years of end-to-end supply chain experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of inventory management experience.
  • Strong ERP skills.
  • Advanced Excel user.
  • Proficient in Office 365.
