Cold Header / Thread Roller Operators Job Summary

$28.60 to $31.75 per hour2nd shift, 1:30pm to 10:00pm Monday-Friday

3rd Shift 9:30 pm-6 am Monday-Friday

Direct hire role with long term opportunity

Set up and operate header equipment

Load material and verify stock sizeMaintain tolerances with machine adjustmentsInspect parts and record SPC data

Move and weigh materials and partsPerform minor repairs on equipment

Cold Header / Thread Roller Operators Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

1–3 years of manufacturing experience required

MUST have 2-3 years experience operating header/threader machinesStrong mechanical aptitude and problem‐solving skills

Proficient math and communication skills

Ability to read and understand part printsBasic computer skills, including Microsoft applications and email
