This position is a permanent direct hire opportunity that offers long term career growth. The company is fully prepared to support and assist with relocation for the ideal candidate, ensuring a smooth transition into the role.
Cold Header / Thread Roller Job Summary
$31.75 - $35.00 ( depending on experience)
1st shift, 6:00am to 2:30pm Monday-Friday
2nd shift, 1:30pm to 10:00pm Monday-Friday
3rd shift, 9:30pm to 6:00am Sunday-Thursday
Direct hire role with long term opportunity
Set up and operate header equipment
Load material and verify stock size
Maintain tolerances with machine adjustments
Inspect parts and record SPC data
Move and weigh materials and parts
Perform minor repairs on equipment
Cold Header / Thread Roller Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
1–3 years of manufacturing experience required
MUST have 2-3 years experience operating header/threader machines
Strong mechanical aptitude and problemsolving skills
Proficient math and communication skills
Ability to read and understand part prints
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft applications and email
